Step 1: The Reel

Record a short video reel about 10-30 seconds long of yourself in portrait mode. File must be recorded or exported in .mp4 or .mov file format

This can be done from your mobile phone or computer. Introduce yourself, talk about your career, goals, aspirations and don’t forget to let your personality shine. Remember, this is all about first impressions, it’s not an interview. So leave the full career talk till later :)

Step 2: Get Creative

This step is optional. For some this is where the fun starts. Feel free to edit your video, add some examples of your work, with a video editor (we recommend using CapCut) before uploading.

Step 3: Upload your Reel

Before you start, make sure you have Reel credits to begin.

Log into your Reeljobs account, and from the Dashboard click the ‘Create Job Reel’ button. Continue and follow the steps to complete your job ad.
