Reeljobs was founded in 2022 by Abid Abouloukme. Reeljobs is a platform that connects employers and candidates through short-form videos. By removing traditional recruitment barriers and biases Reeljobs accelerates hiring times and offers candidates from all walks of life an opportunity to present their authentic self.
Reeljobs is an online video job search platform where job seekers can watch hundreds of short job reels created by potential employers providing them with a personal insight to the company.
Reeljobs offers employers the biggest opportunity to now showcase their company’s values, highlight team and culture. Employers receive a dashboard that allows them to create their own profile, create new reels, view resumés, and search through our exclusive candidate reel search.
Reeljobs provides an engaging and innovative platform that is more personable, transparent for both candidates and employers and also helps save hours of your time. A reel life saver!
Our Beliefs
We are all about bettering human connections. We want employers to look beyond resumés and cover letters. With recruiters spending up to 30 secs on each resumé, this can limit candidates chances in getting a job. We know that resumé writing can also be challenging and as much as we try, we don’t do ourselves justice in putting our best foot forward.
We also want candidates to truly have confidence and have the ability to not shy away from their cultural backgrounds and apply with a ‘name’ that only fits the job thinking that this will increase their chances for an interview. Reeljobs believes that everyone deserves an opportunity in being their true self when applying for a job.

Abid’s passion for fusing creative design and problem solving has spanned over more than 20 years with notable International collaborations, as well as working with some of Australia’s largest corporations. Abid’s focus has now shifted to helping and assisting the next generation of job seekers.
